Travelcaravan.ee website terms
These terms govern use of the website. Rental terms, the booking confirmation and the signed rental agreement also apply to a motorhome rental.

02General2. Purpose of the websiteThe website presents vehicles, prices, availability and booking options.
The website provides information about Travelcaravan vehicles, pricing, extras, availability and rental terms and allows a booking request to be submitted.
These website terms do not replace the rental terms, privacy notice or a written confirmation for a specific booking.
03Content and prices3. Accuracy of information, price and availabilityWe aim to keep information current; the binding price is confirmed before the agreement.
Travelcaravan takes reasonable steps to keep vehicle details, prices and calendar information accurate. The customer will be contacted promptly in the event of a technical issue, delayed synchronisation or an obvious price error.
The binding vehicle, price and rental period are those stated in the written confirmation. If the service cannot be provided as confirmed, an alternative is offered or the amount paid for the unavailable service is refunded.
04Booking4. Submitting a booking requestSubmitting the form does not automatically confirm a booking.
The user must enter accurate and current information. A request becomes binding only after Travelcaravan confirms it in writing and the payment condition in that confirmation is fulfilled.
The button and its immediate context state clearly whether an action creates a payment obligation. Hidden mandatory charges are not added.
05Use5. Permitted use and securityUse the website lawfully and without disrupting the system.
- Do not knowingly submit false information or use another person’s data without permission.
- Do not bypass security controls, damage the website or overload it with automated requests.
- Do not use the content for fraud or to impersonate Travelcaravan.
Travelcaravan may rate-limit requests, block malicious traffic and retain security logs as described in the privacy notice.
06Content and prices6. Intellectual propertyTexts, photographs, the logo and design are protected.
Website texts, photographs, video, logo, graphics, data and design belong to Travelcaravan or the relevant rights holder.
Content may be viewed and shared for personal non-commercial purposes with attribution. Commercial copying, resale or adaptation requires prior written permission.
07Use7. External links and third-party servicesMaps, payments and other services may apply their own terms.
The website may link to mapping, email, payment, social-media and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy rules may also apply.
Travelcaravan remains responsible for its own service and information and does not avoid responsibility merely because a technical function is supplied by a third party.

Data categories, purposes, legal bases, retention periods and rights are described in the privacy notice.
Strictly necessary cookies may operate without consent. Analytics and marketing technologies are activated only where valid consent is required and obtained.

Travelcaravan is not responsible for a failure caused by the user’s device or internet connection. Liability is not limited where the law makes limitation invalid, including for intent or gross negligence.

The terms may change when functionality, law or service arrangements change. The new version and effective date are published on this page.
A confirmed booking is generally governed by the version in force when confirmed. If translations differ, the Estonian version prevails without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
12General12. Contact, complaints and applicable lawComplaints may be sent by email; consumers may apply to the disputes committee.
Send questions and complaints to [email protected]. A consumer’s written complaint is answered within 15 days.
Estonian law applies. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee or a court.
